Dear Friends and Colleagues,
You are invited to the Carpathian Convention Bureau Meeting, which will be held from 28th to 29th November 2011 at:
Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic
Námestie Ludovíta Štúra 1, 81235 Bratislava
fter some consultations, we concluded that the format of the Bureau (instead of a full-fledged CCIC) would be better suited to discuss the procedural and organizational issues on the draft agenda. We propose to extend the meeting also to the Observers involved into the planning of the Working Groups.
The meeting will start on 28 November at 14.00 hours on the basis of the programme attached.
In attachment you also find the proposed draft agenda prepared by the Interim Secretariat, for your consideration and comments.

Logistical information and all the meeting documents will be available on the Carpathian Convention website in the first week of November.
