Dear Participants,

The 29th Memorial Danilo Re will be hosted by the Swiss National Park and takes place from 16 to 19 January 2025 in Scuol, Engadine (Switzerland).

Please fill one form per protected area/organization. You can register up to four teams for the same protected area/organization.

Accommodation

For the Memorial Danilo Re, various room options in different price categories (see below) have been pre-reserved at very favourable prices in the hotels "Scuol Youth Hostel", "Hotel Quellenhof Scuol" and "Scuol Palace" (the categories do not correspond to a specific hotel).

When registering, please indicate the number of people for whom you would like to book rooms in the different categories. Upon receipt of your registration, the team of the Swiss National Park will contact you.

The accommodation costs will be paid directly to the Swiss National Park. Information about the payment process will also be communicated by the National Park team after registration. The price includes breakfast, tourist tax and guest card.

Please note that room bookings are binding (cancellations at short notice have to be charged). The bookings will be considered in the order in which registrations are received - first come, first serve!

- Category A: 3- / 4- and 5-bed rooms with shared showers/WC. Costs: CHF 50.00 / night and person (58 beds available)

- Category B: Double rooms with shared showers/WC. Costs: CHF 70.00 / night and person (12 beds available)

- Category C: 3- & 4-bed rooms with private shower/WC. Costs: CHF 70.00 / night and person (27 beds available)

- Category D: Double room with private shower/WC. Costs: CHF 85.00 / night and person (154 beds available)

- Category E: Single room with shared shower/WC. Costs: CHF 85.00 / night and person (8 beds available)

Registration fee

A registration fee of CHF 50.00 per person applies. This includes restaurant vouchers for Saturday lunch.
The registration fee will also be paid to the Swiss National Park. Information on this will likewise be provided upon receipt of the registration.
